By downloading, installing, or using the Loopday AI application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Definition

Loopday AI is a habit tracking application that helps you build and maintain positive habits. The app provides:

• Habit creation and daily tracking
• Progress statistics and analytics
• Checklists and subtask management
• Reminders and notifications
• AI-powered habit assistant
• Data export in CSV format

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass the application's security systems
• Spreading malicious software or viruses
• Reverse engineering the application's source code
• Using the application for any illegal purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI algorithms of the application are our intellectual property. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of the application without permission.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is important to us. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All your habit data is stored locally on your device
• AI chat messages are sent to Google Gemini API for processing
• An anonymous device ID is used for subscription management
• Your data is not shared with third parties except for AI features

Our app uses Google's Gemini AI technology:

• Chat messages are sent to Google's AI services for processing
• Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply
• AI suggestions do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• AI is a tool for motivation and guidance, not professional advice

7. Pricing & Subscription

7.1 Free Features

Basic features of the app are free with limited habit count.

7.2 Premium Features

Premium subscription options are available for advanced features:

• Unlimited habit creation
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• CSV data export
• Checklist support
• AI habit assistant

7.3 Cancellation & Refund

Subscription cancellation and refund terms are subject to the policies of the app stores (Google Play, App Store).

8. Disclaimer

We provide the application "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Errors in AI suggestions
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Device incompatibility
• Internet connection problems

9. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms of service without prior notice. Significant changes will be notified within the app. Continuing to use the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.

Loopday AI, daha iyi aliskanliklari olusturmaniza ve surdurmenizel yardimci olan bir aliskanlik takip uygulamasidir. Uygulama asagidaki hizmetleri sunar:

• Aliskanlik olusturma ve gunluk takip
• Ilerleme istatistikleri ve analizleri
• Kontrol listeleri ve alt gorev yonetimi
• Hatirlaticilar ve bildirimler
• Yapay zeka destekli aliskanlik asistani
• CSV formatinda veri disa aktarma

3. Kullanici Sorumluluklari

Uygulamayi yalnizca yasal amaclarla kullanacaginizi kabul edersiniz. Asagidaki faaliyetler yasaktir:

• Uygulamanin guvenlik sistemlerini asmaya calismak
• Kotu amacli yazilim veya virus yayma
• Uygulamanin kaynak kodunu tersine muhendislik ile elde etme
• Uygulamayi herhangi bir yasadisi amacla kullanma

4. Fikri Mulkiyet Haklari

Uygulamanin tum icerigi, tasarimi, kodu ve yapay zeka algoritmalari bizim fikri mulkiyetimizdir. Kullanicilar uygulamanin herhangi bir bolumunu izinsiz kopyalayamaz, cogaltamaz, dagitamaz veya ticari amacla kullanamaz.

5. Gizlilik ve Veri Koruma

Kisisel verilerinizin korunmasi bizim icin onemlidir. Detayli bilgi icin Gizlilik Politikamizi inceleyiniz.

• Tum aliskanlik verileriniz cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir
• AI sohbet mesajlari islenmek uzere Google Gemini API'ye gonderilir
• Abonelik yonetimi icin anonim cihaz kimligi kullanilir
• AI ozellikleri disinda verileriniz ucuncu taraflarla paylasilmaz

6. Yapay Zeka Kullanimi ve Sorumluluklar

Uygulamamizda Google'in Gemini AI teknolojisini kullanmaktayiz:

• Sohbet mesajlari islenmek uzere Google'in AI servislerine gonderilir
• Google'in Kullanim Sartlari ve Gizlilik Politikasi gecerlidir
• AI onerileri %100 dogruluk garantisi vermez
• AI, motivasyon ve rehberlik araci olup profesyonel tavsiye degildir

7. Ucretlendirme ve Abonelik

7.1 Ucretsiz Ozellikler

Uygulamanin temel ozellikleri sinirli aliskanlik sayisi ile ucretsizdir.

7.2 Premium Ozellikler

Gelismis ozellikler icin ucretli abonelik secenekleri sunulur:

• Sinirsiz aliskanlik olusturma
• Gelismis istatistikler ve analizler
• CSV veri disa aktarma
• Kontrol listesi destegi
• AI aliskanlik asistani

7.3 Iptal ve Iade

Abonelik iptali ve iade kosullari uygulama magazalarinin (Google Play, App Store) politikalarina tabidir.

8. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulamayi "oldugu gibi" sunuyoruz. Asagidaki durumlardan sorumlu degiliz:

• Veri kaybi veya bozulmasi
• AI onerilerindeki hatalar
• Ucuncu taraf hizmetlerden kaynaklanan sorunlar
• Cihaz uyumsuzlugu
• Internet baglantisi sorunlari

9. Degisiklikler

Bu kullanim kosullarini onceden haber vermeksizin degistirebiliriz. Onemli degisiklikler uygulama icinde bildirilecektir. Degisikliklerden sonra uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni kosullari kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kullanim kosullari Turkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarina tabidir. Uyusmazliklar Turkiye mahkemelerinde cozulecektir.
